Tata Projects Bags ₹1,100-Cr Godrej Luxury Contract in Gurugram

Godrej Properties has partnered with Tata Projects for construction contracts worth ₹1,100 crore across three luxury residential developments on Golf Course Road in Gurugram.

The agreement marks the first collaboration between the two leading Indian corporate groups, according to a statement issued by Godrej Properties.

As part of the mandate, Tata Projects will undertake core and shell construction works for three upcoming premium residential projects — Godrej Sora, Godrej Astra, and Godrej Samaris — located along Gurugram’s prime Golf Course Road corridor.

The partnership marks Tata Projects’ entry into Gurugram’s luxury residential segment, where it will execute structural works for developments designed to offer high-quality and thoughtfully planned living spaces. Among these is Godrej Samaris, an upcoming luxury residential project in Sector 53, Gurugram, spread across 7.41 acres.
